Pass by the place after leaving the Bar. Great place for a late night snack. There's room at the back to sit and enjoy the cookie as well. They have quite the selection of cookies and if your feeling extra. You can make it into an ice cream sandwich. They have like 5-8 diff ice creams to choose from. Would recommend checking out

Mmm. Delicious! If you get to go make sure to heat them up in the microwave a little bit before you eat them. When you eat in they are served warm! Warm cookies are the best cookies. Also the ice cream cookie sandwiches at this place are tasty.

Great cookies but they have one register and it gets so packed in there it's completely unacceptable for them to not have more registers. They designed the space horribly and force their employees to handle a line of maybe over 30 to 40 people with one register. Get your act together insomnia this is unacceptable

It was good, costumers service wasn't bad. I saw the many different types of cookies. How they are served, what we bought wasn't bad. The ice cream wasnt bad The environment clean. Look people friendly. Nice place can sit and eat, nice atmosphere. Only that the front of the business place need alittle fixing my daughter foot slip into a hole at the front and got alittle sprained in her ankle.

Insomnia cookies in New Haven has a Super friendly staff with a welcoming vibe as warm as there cookies. They went above and beyond with there customer service last night. One particular staff member was as sweet as there Doble Chocolat chunk cookies.

If you’ve ever gone to college you understand the appeal. No matter what time of day, this place has your back for cookies. They’re always warm and they come quickly. I always look up a coupon and use the app so you get bonus cookies or some dollars off. Split between friends and it’s cheap and you only have to walk to your front door. This place has always had good service and a short wait when I’ve gone in person too.

After a night out in New Haven there is no better way to end the night than with some warm cookies. For less than 10 bucks you can pick 6 warm cookies to comfort you on your Uber ride home. Chances are you won’t eat them all so when you wake up the next morning you have a nice sweet surprise waiting for you. The cookies are really good but at 2 in the morning be prepared for a wait. At this hour it’s by far one of the most popular places in the city.

Absolutely delicious cookies and the best Strawberry cheese cake flavour ice cream. It’s a small shop and usually there’s a big queue. You can also expect bad service.

This low review is due to the African American lady that was on shift today around afternoon till after - she was rude. She gave attitude while we tried to ask her for simple things like whether our order was grouped or not & she literally told us that she couldn’t give us another plastic spoon?? She was in a bad mood and took it out on us, very very unprofessional.As for the food, during my first visit, the ice cream and sugar cookie were good while during my second visit, the scoop of ice cream tasted like fridge.

This place has the potential of being a REALLY dope place in New Haven. Firstly they need a larger location with display cases to showcase their cookies. They should get a bit more creative with the products they sell. And hire a highly creative artist (like myself 😉) to create a really insane Insomnia Cookie inspired mural.

I had the chocolate chunk, peanutbutter, oatmeal raisin and macadamia. Now I've gotta work off these delicious calories. Second order actually went.ro the wrong address but my neighbor kindly walked them over.

Cookies are always moist and warm. I recommend either traditional chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream or sugar cookies with strawberry cheesecake ice cream.
